| MEMORABLE MATCHES OF THE YEAR |
2.19.05 - The match was great; I incorporated all of my skills to defeat Seth, the crowd was active and lively, and it was at a benefit show for the tsunami victims in Indonesia.
|
4.15.05 - A truly classic wrestling match, peppered with aerial spots, featuring 2 young and highly talented Texas wrestlers. It really was a shame that outside interference ended the match.
|
4.29.05 - Blasting Manny Fernandez with my superkick, brawling across the arena, and introducing my capeless SuperMan leap to the floor capped off an awesome night.
|
5.21.05 - Different strategies have to be used when I wrestle someone at/near/over 7' - the former stuntman was a tough opponent, but a well placed superkick laid him out for the count.
|
8.6.05 - Wrestling at fund raisers are a blast and they inspire me to wrestle even harder. Although the hometown hero defeated me, I chopped, kicked, smashed, and bruised him very well.
|
8.12.05 - Crushed ladders, flying bodies, and bloodied foreheads decorated this match that included a moonsault onto my opponents. This was a highly contested match that ended in a SRO ovation for all of the teams.
|
8.28.05 - In a title rematch, Evans decided to work on my left knee, disabling me from using my superkick. His determined attack nearly forced me to submit, but a quick rollup reversal allowed me to retain my belt.
|
9.10.05 - Perhaps this was my revenge for bloodying his nose last year, but a nasty backflip broke my right thumb, sidelining me for 5 weeks and increasing my medical debt into the thousands. Yeay!!
|
11.11.05 - True sportsmanship and pure athleticism was displayed in this match. Although we had both been wrestling in tag matches, this match had the feel of a heavyweight title match.
|
11.18.05 - Performing in front of 450 children at the end of their school day provided an extreme rush of adrenaline. Being victorious in the match also helped, but providing an alternative beginning to their Thanksgiving Break was enjoyable.
